Wheat Vermicelli 350g
Wheat is major source of starch and energy. Notably protein, vitamin B, dietary fibre and phytochemicals. Wheat controls blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, improves bowel movements. Whole Wheat is much healthier because all nutrients are intact.
How to Use
Method 1 – Dissolve 1 tsp of salt in 1/4 cup water and sprinkle over desired quantity of Ammi samayal vermicelli & wet it well. Steam the wet vermicelli in idly pan for 7 min. on other side heat little oil in kadai/pan splutter mustard seeds first. Add chopped green chilly, chopped onion, curry leaf and saute well for 5 min in low heat. once its cooked add the steamed vermicelli and mix well for 2 min. serve hot with chutney (adding veggies is your choice)
Method 2 – Heat little oil in kadai/pan, splutter mustard seeds first. add chopped green chilly, chopped onion, curry leaf and saute well for 5 min in low heat. Once its cooked add Ammi samayal vermicelli and sprinkle salt water on it. Dissolve 1 tsp salt in 230ml water and sprinkle over vermicelli and mix well and close the lid. cook in low heat for 7 min and servee HOT with chutney
Store in cool dry place without moisture content
