Every 100 gms of Black Kavuni Rice contains 4.9.gms of dietary fiber,8.5 gms of protein,3.5 mg Iron & rich in flavonoids, phenolic acid, phytic acid, tocopherol (random lot).Anthocyanin,a nourishing pigment gives deep purple colour rich in anti-oxidants protects the cell damage, Healthy Heart, reduces Cholesterol, strengthens Immune, Controls diabetes, reduces excess weight, Detoxifies body & regulates bowel health. How to Use

Bring 500 ml of water to boil and add 3 to 4 tsp of Porridge Mix(adjust the water according to consistence required).Cook in medium flame for 10-15 min if it is open cooking /Cook for 10 mins if its pressure cooking. Finally add the country sugar & Serve hot(Adding milk can be optional).
