How to Use
Boil 100 gms/1 Cup of Thoor Dal or Moong Dal of your choice. Add vegetable of your choice and add 3 tsp of Ammi Green Sambar Powder and allow it to boil for about 7 minutes.Add spluttered mustard seeds, curry leaves at the end and garnish with coriander leaves. Hot Sambar is ready to serve .This sambar can be consumed with Idli/Dosa/Rice/Chapathi/Roti.
