INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP RAGI VERMICELLI
2 CUPS WATER
1 TABLESPOON OIL
1 SMALL ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
1 SMALL BELL PEPPER, FINELY CHOPPED
1 SMALL TOMATO, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TEASPOON SOY SAUCE
SALT TO TASTE
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISH
PROCEDURE:
1. COOK RAGI VERMICELLI IN BOILING WATER FOR 34 MINUTES. DRAIN
AND SET ASIDE.
2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND ADD CHOPPED ONION, BELL PEPPER, AND
TOMATO. SAUTÉ UNTIL THEY ARE SOFT.
3. ADD COOKED RAGI VERMICELLI, SOY SAUCE, AND SALT. MIX WELL.
4. SERVE HOT, GARNISHED WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
