Returns

Due to Safety policy & food safety standards, returning the food product or consumable items after using or before using the product is not acceptable. As we go through all kind of safety measures and lab tests to ensure the quality while and before packing the product.

Refunds

However, if any of the product had any damage complaints or minimum quality issues or taste issues due to unavoidable circumstances like climatic conditions OR courier handling we shall help you with refunding (5-7 working days) of the product cost or share you discount coupon code (5-7 working days) to replace the loss happened to customer. Refund or sharing discount coupon code decision is solely depending on the complaint raised and final decision to be made by the management authorities of Ammi Samayal.

Shipping

In case of circumstances like travelling or customer not available to receive the parcel on delivery attempt by courier, 2 attempts will be made to deliver the parcel. If the same is unsuccessful the parcel will get returned to its origin and courier will double charge the cost for RTO. Hence if customer requests to send the parcel again the courier cost will be charged to customer.
