How its made
Millets Flakes are obtained by flattening the whole grain of millets
Kodomillet is packed with good quality fiber which can help facilitate your digestion, manage obesity, regulates blood sugar levels and curb the risk of high blood pressure and strokes. Low glycemic index – Which means that Kodo millets release glucose/energy slowly, over a longer period of time and thus helps in sugar control.

How to Use
Method 1:- Wash the flakes twice with water.(Do not soak).Add the flakes with Hot or Cold milk with Natural Palm sugar & consume for breakfast. Method 2:- Wash the flakes twice with water(Do not soak) Saute cumin seeds in little oil with onion, tomatoes, veggies, cumin powder, pepper powder, Turmeric Powder saute well for 5-7 min. Add the washed flakes to the pan and mix well and cook for 2 min. Garnish with spring onion/coriander leaves. Method 3:- Gluten Free Kodomillet Flakes can be used with honey/dates & with dry fruits to make granola bars & energy bars for kids as school snacks.
Store in cool dry place or in airtight container without moisture content for good shelf life
