Millets Flakes are obtained by flattening the whole grain of millets
Millets is a whole grain packed with proteins, antioxidantsand nutrients. Millets should be a part of daily regular diet. Millets are nutritious, non-glutinous & are not acid forming foods thus making them very easy to digest. The insoluable fibre in millet is known as a “prebiotic” which means it supports good bacteria in your digestive system.
How to Use
Option 1:- Mixed Millets flakes can be mixed with chill milk or hot milk for breakfast (Optional:-Country Sugar, Honey or Palm Sugar).Option 2:- Mixed Millet Flakes can be mixed with chopped onions, green chillies & veggies like Carrot, Cucumber, Capsicum, lemon & Coriander leaves. Option 3:-Mixed Millet Flakes can be prepared as Upma with Chopped Onions & Sauted in little oil with garnishing.
Store in cool dry place or in airtight container without moisture content for good shelf life
