Method 1:- Wash the flakes twice with water.(Do not soak).Add the flakes with Hot or Cold milk with Natural Palm sugar & consume for breakfast. Method 2:- Wash the flakes twice with water(Do not soak) Saute cumin seeds in little oil with onion, tomatoes, veggies, cumin powder, pepper powder, Turmeric Powder saute well for 5-7 min. Add the washed flakes to the pan and mix well and cook for 2 min. Garnish with spring onion/coriander leaves. Method 3:- Gluten Free Bajra Flakes can be used with honey/dates & with dry fruits to make granola bars & energy bars for kids as school snacks.
