Now this Jowar is served in form of vermicelli for making a easy, healthy and quick breakfast. Method 1 : Sprinkle salt water in required amount of vermicelli and mix well. steam in idly pan for 5 mins and then cook with chopped onion and chillies. Method 2 : Add little oil in kadai, splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onion and chilly and stir for 5 min, add vermicelli and sprinkle salt water to wet well the vermicelli and close with lid and cook for 10 min untill it gets soften and serve hot.
NOTE : All types of vermicelli needs minimum of 10% wheat to make it to a vermicelli form…..
