Noodle ingredients – Soya, wheat (binding purposes)

Masala ingredients – Coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper, red chilly, fennel seeds, cinnamon

Instructions / HOW TO USE

Boil noodles in hot water untill little soft. Drain the water & keep noodles aside. In a pan add little oil, saute onion, tomato & veggies with little salt. Once the veggies cook soft add masala, mix well & add cooked noodles. Mix well & cook for another 3 min. Garnish with mint leaves or coriander leaves & serve hot.
