ikkiyam Jowar (sorghum) Flakes Masala upma / Porridge / Soup mix (INSTANT BREAKFAST) 150g
ingredients : Jowar flakes, Spice mix (red chilli powder, onion powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, fenugreek powder, ginger powder, clove powder, green cardamom powder) Edible oil, Onion, carrot, beans, iodized salt & sugar
How to cook :
1. Measure 220ml of water to cooking pan and bring to boil
2. Empty the contents of Masala flakes 150g to the cooking pan when water is boiling and simmer the heat
3. Stir it for 35sec to 50sec untill it gets cooked and water gets dried slowly.
4. serve hot by garnishing with spring onion or coriander leaves
5. Adding extra water can make the same product as porridge / soup
